MLC Principles

Recruitment is managed with attention to fair treatment, non-discrimination, grievance handling, transparent communication and protection of seafarer welfare throughout the employment process.

STCW Controls

Candidate files are reviewed for rank, certification, endorsements, training, medical fitness, sea service and vessel-specific competence before submission to principals.
